Our Vision
A community of dads committed to walking together to raise their sons in the way of the Lord — by sharing their stories, their struggles, and their experiences. Groups of 3–5 Christian fathers and their sons (ages 10–14), pursuing the spiritual formation of young men.
We believe the timeless truths of Scripture provide the roadmap for raising godly young men. Together, we seek the "good way" — not shortcuts, but the well-worn paths of faithfulness, prayer, and community.
At the heart of this community is the 1-on-1 relationship between a father and his son. Monthly early morning meetings create sacred space for honest conversation, mentorship, and shared growth.
No dad should walk this road alone. Monthly gatherings with other fathers create accountability, shared wisdom, and the strength that comes from knowing other men are fighting the same fight.
Our goal is the spiritual formation of young men — creating a forum for meaningful conversations between sons and fathers, growing up boys in a community of men who love and follow Jesus.
The Commitment
Walking this path requires intentionality. Here's what each father commits to when joining The Way & The Walk.
Monthly
One dedicated early morning each month — just you and your son. Conversation, prayer, and presence. This is the foundation.

Meet once a month with your group of fathers. Share experiences, pray together, and plan upcoming activities and assignments.

Each month brings a shared activity or topic for fathers and sons to work through together — deepening your conversations and walks.

Fathers take turns leading monthly meetings. No one carries the weight alone — shared commitment means shared responsibility.
